Our Active Life Adult membership is available at both our GL1 and Oxstalls facilities and offer an all-inclusive membership

Something for everyone
Our Active Life Junior membership provides one main activity per week such as swimming or tennis lessons and includes free access to all drop in sessions and public swimming.
The membership is fantastic value for money and helps to encourage kids to enjoy an active lifestyle whilst taking part in the sport or activity that they love.
What does this mean to you?
For children aged 0-15 years it will open the door to a variety of activities which they can access on a day-to-day basis.
As they grow, so do the activities they can access, holding their interest and helping them to make life choices which will benefit their health and wellbeing now and for years to come.
Can we come and try activities before we join up?
Tasters are available every week in every activity. There are 3 taster spaces every week currently in the following activities: touch tennis, basketball, badminton and Zumbatonic. For more info please contact Nick Richards on
Will I have to pay for each individual activity separately?
No, the membership is payable at a one off price by direct debit monthly.
How much will this cost me?
Memberships start from as little as £22.50 per month, depending on the age of your child.

Our Ladies Only membership includes swimming, all group exercise classes plus access to the health spa.
The Ladies Only is a unique facility, housing Shapemaster equipment and Powerplates.
