Cardio Tennis is a fun and sociable tennis based group fitness class open to people of all ages and abilities. Supported by motivating music and qualified instructors, each session consists of a short warm up and cool down either side of a 40 minute full body workout - with the chance to hit lots of shots mixed with a variety of fitness activities.

Tuesday 7.30am – 8.30am, 12.30pm - 1.30pm
Tuesday (Junior) 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Thursday 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Friday 12.30pm – 1.30pm
